Private tutor in Lodi, CA
Education
I graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 2015 with a Master's in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology, with an average GPA of 3.91. I am accepted to UC Davis Veterinary school, which I'll begin in the coming Fall. Before my Master's, I received a BS at UCSB in Cell and Developmental Biology with a Distinction in the Major due to my undergraduate research experience. I studied signal transduction in a laboratory setting during my graduate degree, where I worked with fruit flies studying their genetics and the neurological infrastructure that makes up their ability to sense their environment.
Experience
I taught upper-division Biochemistry and Metabolism, as well as Reproduction, at UC Santa Barbara for two years, having been nominated for Outstanding Teaching Award on three separate occasions. Have taken the SAT, GRE. Recently accepted in UC Davis Veterinary School. I have taken all of the classes that I have chosen as subjects and plenty more. Recently, I have taken virology and immunology, with a vested interest in both subjects.

Hobbies
I love rowing competitively, hiking, exploring, learning, and reading. I am currently employed at a mixed animal veterinary clinic to gain more knowledge before I attend veterinary school. I was raised in the Central Valley in Lodi, where I learned about agriculture from my father. I intend to continue his legacy, except as a food animal veterinarian instead of a viticulture expert.
